Manage day-to-day communications with internal teams and agency partners on respective projects.Support and identify best practices which include business communication skills, process development and presentation, requirement gathering, digital marketing program design, testing, and implementation to strengthen BIAH's digital presence.Identify opportunities to automate, scaling limited resources, freeing up time for high value-added activities and thinking.Regularly pull and review analytics to provide reporting on campaign engagement and KPIs as well as insights that drive future enhancements to future campaigns, website UX, etc. Establish proper methods to quantitatively and qualitatively measure the customer experiences resulting from our digital marketing programs.Invent and analyze test and learn opportunities as well as on-going campaigns to drive results to scale into broader efforts across the digital product portfolio.Create marketing assets to support campaigns in partnership with in-house design and external agency partner teams and tools.(awareness, education, acquisition, conversion, loyalty, etc.) Own and manage channel content, ensuring it meets the needs of the target audience.Manage execution of digital media campaigns including social, programmatic online video & banners and search – from campaign creation to execution to analysis and optimization.
